Hello and Welcome from the Ditson School Association!

Dear Kindergarten Families,

​

Whether you’re brand‑new to the Ditson or back for round two, we’re thrilled to have you! The DSA is the parent‑led crew that brings a little extra magic (and funding) to your child’s school year. Here’s a quick taste of what we organize and support:

​

• Holiday Fair – student‑only shopping, crafts, and raffles
   

• Field Day – end‑of‑year games and relays (think relay races and popsicles)
   

• Art & Talent Shows – our young Picassos and rock stars take the stage
   

• Field Trips & In‑School Programs – we trim the cost so every student can go
   

• Fun Run + other fund‑raisers – sweat now, fund the fun later

 

Our mission is simple: give teachers the resources they need and give kids memories they’ll never forget.

We meet once a month to brainstorm, vote, and laugh a little:

• Monday, Sept 8 – Ditson LGI Room & Zoom
   

• Wednesday,  Oct 15 – Ditson LGI Room & Zoom

Pop in when you can—even an hour of volunteer time moves mountains.

Join us for a kindergarten playdate and have a freeze pop on August 19th at 6pm on the Ditson kindergarten playground.
